When you join the SPUD League, each match pairs an athlete with intellectual disabilities alongside a unified partner in fun doubles games that focus on teamwork, kindness, and joy.

Our league runs during the summer, so you can enjoy warm days on the court making memories. Every player, whether you’re six or sixty, gains confidence, stays active, and discovers new skills with every rally and high-five. You’ll also receive a team shirt and a medal to celebrate your effort and commitment.
