BOARD OPENINGS

We have an open Board Member seat for “Social Media/Communications.” Here are the primary responsibilities:

Social Media/Communications – Role and Responsibilities

1. Establish a rolling 12-month social media communications calendar that targets audiences with a focus on timely, concise, clear, and simple messages supporting the mission and strategic plan of SPT.
2. Prepare content and photos for promotion of SPT mission and programs through approved social media platforms.
3. Seek, evaluate and recommend ways to extend the target audience for SPT (to include Supporters, Athletes and Volunteers) to the board for review and approval.
4. Oversee outside contractors providing services to SPT communication efforts.
5. Prior experience with SPT in a volunteer position is preferred.

Include your experience in tennis and/or working with persons with intellectual disabilities. Volunteer experience with other organizations is also helpful information
