Welcome to Special Pops Tennis in Fayette County

Special Pops Tennis is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to sharing the lifelong sport of tennis with individuals who have intellectual disabilities.

Our Fayette County initiative offers a welcoming, adaptive program in Peachtree City for students from a variety of schools.

 

Program Details

    • Seasons: 7-week Fall and Spring sessions

    • Additional Offering: 5-week Match Play Program for advanced athletes

    • Athlete Age Range: 12–21 years

    • Current Enrollment: 153 athletes

  • Each athlete receives:

    • A tennis racquet

    • Adaptive tennis balls

    • Play-support gear

  • Volunteers also generously provide water bottles, snacks, and T-shirts for all athletes — at no cost to the participants.
