GREAT WRAP UP to another season. All teams put forward their best effort of sportsmanship and athleticism. In the end there was BBQ (courtesy of Freds BBQ House), cookie cake, and awards. WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN THAT?! Also a very special thanks to our wonderful volunteers from NCL! See you at the Fall CLassic! ... See MoreSee Less
It was a fantastic season. Also my favorite event for making cookie cakes. Hope I never run out of decorating ideas!!
Looks like a sweet event!! 🎉
Also the best SPUD trophies we have ever had. At least in my opinion. For those athletes and unified partners unable to attend today I will have your trophy at the fall classic. So be sure to see me at the tournament desk.
Going strong and growing! Join Special Pops Tennis for the 14th Annual Fall Classic event, September 27-29, 2019.
The Fall Classic is an incredible weekend of tennis, camaraderie, and fun for more than 130 athletes, their families and friends and a host of volunteers. Join us for an unforgettable weekend at Lifetime Athletic & Tennis Center in Peachtree Corners and be part of something special for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
In addition to singles and doubles match play at all levels of adaptive tennis, athletes will enjoy a dinner dance, off-court games, and two nights stay in a hotel and meals throughout the weekend, plus an event t-shirt and a welcome bag filled with goodies.
This is our 14th year for this event. And you can bet on the fact that the committee is busy planning ways to make this one better than the previous 13. Don't miss your chance to create memories (for yourself and others) that truly make a difference. Get ready for an experience that will last way beyond the closing date of the event. Athletes from other states coming to Peachtree Corners to play tennis, make friends, live life!!!! Thanks to our sponsors and supporters and tremendous volunteers for making all this possible and affordable for so many that otherwise would not be able to join the fun!!!!!!!!
