BUSINESS

Keith Hires has an extensive background in managing commercial real estate debt and leveraging equity markets. He’s recently included a concentration in multifamily advisory and lending to his career accomplishments.

Keith believes a successful and sustainable career can only be truly achieved when a person practices honesty, integrity and sincerity.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Risk Management, at the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business (Go Dawgs!). He then earned his MBA, Real Estate/Finance from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

A favorite quote of Keith’s is from William Penn. “I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now.  Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.” With this thought in mind, Keith urges others to “DO IT NOW.” He encourages people to stay curious. And to not be judgmental about others, but to “love ’em as we find ’em.”

SPECIAL POPS TENNIS

Keith stepped into Special Pops Tennis leadership as the Board Chair in January 2022. Keith previously served as a board member from 2010 – 2015. He has served on the Country Club of Roswell Pro Am Committee that raises funds for charities, including SPT. Several CCR friends introduced Keith to SPT and he’s been volunteering in different roles for many years. He picked up tennis after college and has been active in ALTA and USTA since.
